DTA Incorporated as a Limited Company
On 6 March 2014 Managing Director David Field announced the incorporation of Drone Tech Aerospace Ltd as a private limited company at Companies House, Cardiff, under company number 08924962, marking the start of DTA as a registered UK business after more than 18 months developing its drone technology.
David Field said DTA would focus "on the application of drones and robotics to provide solutions for complex tasks in the engineering, construction and media industry sectors," working with major engineering and construction firms to develop surveying, inspection and monitoring solutions. He welcomed enquiries from prospective customers across those sectors, adding that DTA was "totally committed to making DTA a central part of this exciting new industry."
DTA remains a UK-registered limited company operating in these sectors today, over a decade after that first incorporation filing.
