Drone Surveys across Hampshire

DTA has completed a wide range of drone services projects across Hampshire, from ground-control survey work near Liphook to building inspections and land surveys further south. The county gives us a good cross-section of typical drone work: topographical land surveys tied down with ground control points for accuracy, high-level structural and roof inspections, and site surveys for ongoing facilities management, backed up where needed by 4x4-mounted elevated MAST inspections for the sections a drone alone can't reach cleanly.

Basingstoke and the Isle of Wight are the two areas within Hampshire where we have the deepest project history, alongside general county-wide topographical survey work such as the land survey carried out in Newport on the Isle of Wight.

Basingstoke

In Basingstoke our work has covered building and high-level structural drone inspections, site topographical surveys for facilities management, and drone and MAST roof inspection services, with 4x4-mounted elevated MAST inspections used alongside the drone flights on sites where a fixed elevated viewpoint was needed as well as aerial coverage.

Isle of Wight

Our largest single Isle of Wight project to date included a roof inspection at Vernon Court in Ryde and a drone land topographical survey in Newport, with the team travelling over from Southampton and back via Cowes to complete the work. It remains the clearest example on the island of the roof-and-land survey pairing we deliver together on larger commissions.
