Drone Surveys across Berkshire

DTA covers Berkshire from central Reading out through Wokingham and Newbury, with inner-city MAST and drone roof inspections as the core of the work. Reading's dense town-centre streets are a good fit for elevated MAST inspections, which let us hold a fixed high viewpoint on tall buildings where flying a drone close to the façade isn't practical, backed up by site topographical drone surveys for facilities management on larger sites and 4x4-mounted elevated MAST inspections where ground access allows.

Wokingham and Newbury each have their own distinct project history rather than repeating Reading's work, covering everything from town-centre roof inspections to heritage buildings and a full measured building survey. The three towns are set out separately below.

Reading

In Reading itself the work has centred on inner-city MAST roof and building inspection services, high-resolution zoom-lens drone photography for detailed roof condition reporting, and site topographical drone surveys for facilities management: the standard combination for a dense town-centre client base with limited access to roof level by any other means.

Wokingham

Wokingham's projects have included inner-city drone roof inspection services and a site topographical drone survey for facilities management, alongside general aerial photography of the town, including a shot of the Market Place building at 4 Market Place. As in Reading, the roof inspection work is the mainstay of what we deliver locally.

Newbury

Newbury has been our most varied Berkshire town: an inner-city drone measured building survey and 3D modelling at Arcade House, an inner-city drone roof inspection service, and aerial drone photography including St Nicholas Church in the town centre. The Arcade House survey combined a shopfront photo, a 3D model and a nadir (straight-down) capture in a single commission.
