Drone Surveys across Devon
Drone topographical land surveys, quarry surveys and roof inspections across Devon, including Exeter and Plymouth Docks.
Devon is covered by DTA from a base of quarry, construction and renewable-energy survey work across the county, alongside a growing programme of inspection projects in and around Exeter. Topographical land surveys have been completed at Devon quarries on multiple occasions, together with construction-site topographical surveys, stockpile and earthworks volume surveys, and topographical land surveys for solar-farm construction sites, supporting the renewable-energy sector's expansion across the South West.
One recurring client site has been Plymouth Docks, where DTA has carried out topographical survey work as part of the wider Devon programme, and construction sites tracked through their build programme with topographical drone surveys are a regular part of the county-wide workload.
Exeter
Exeter has been the site of some of DTA's largest Devon projects, including a 150-hectare topographical land drone survey and a measured building survey completed for the University of Exeter. Roof and wall inspection work has been carried out at Prospect Place in the city centre, and a combined roof and site inspection was completed at a LIDL distribution centre in Exeter: the kind of large-footprint commercial roof that benefits most from drone rather than rope-access inspection.
