Drone Surveys across Pembrokeshire
DTA drone roof inspections, topographical land surveys and heritage surveys across Pembrokeshire, from Tenby and Haverfordwest to Pembroke and Carmarthen.
Drone Tech Aerospace runs a local West Wales office covering Pembrokeshire, and the county is one of our most active areas for combined drone and elevated MAST work. Roof inspections are the core of it (commercial, public-sector and heritage buildings alike) supported by drone topographical land surveys for construction sites, measured building surveys, and structural inspections of listed sites including Pembroke Castle. We also carry out internal industrial plant inspections where a confined-space or caged drone gives access without scaffolding or a shutdown.
Across the county that work has ranged from a school roof inspection near Tenby to a construction volume survey in Haverfordwest, heritage structural inspections and promotional video at historic sites, and industrial inspection work in Pembroke itself. The sections below cover the towns where we have delivered the most projects.
Tenby
Tenby was our first commercial roof inspection project in the town, and the work has since grown to cover residential, commercial, school and hotel buildings, including a full roof survey for the Belgrave Hotel on the Esplanade. Drone inspection avoids scaffolding for coastal and heritage-adjacent properties where access is tight.
Haverfordwest
Our West Wales office sits just outside Haverfordwest in Llandeloy, and the town has had the widest range of project types: a construction volume survey, a thermal survey of the town's leisure centre and swimming pool, a heritage site structural inspection combining drone and MAST, a heritage promotional video, and a full measured building survey.
Pembroke
Pembroke's own project history includes a roof inspection and an internal industrial plant inspection, plus imagery of Pembroke Castle itself as part of the wider county heritage record. The castle sits alongside the town's working sites as a reference point for the standard of aerial photography we deliver locally.
Carmarthen
In Carmarthen we have completed a heritage site drone and MAST structural inspection, a heritage promotional video for CADW at Dinefwr Castle in nearby Llandeilo, and a drone topographical land survey of a landslide on the Swiss Valley Trail: a good example of the environmental and land-management surveys drones are suited to outside the built environment.
West Wales
Beyond the towns above, DTA has worked more widely across West Wales, including construction and event promotional photography and video (among them pre-event coverage for Beach Warriors UK at Pembrey Sands) plus general drone roof inspection and heritage promotional video work reaching towns such as Ammanford, Kidwelly, Narberth and St David's.
